Being mentally engaged about what you ...Great post. Being mentally engaged about what you care about is key. It seems most important for writers, though. It's why when I know I'm going on long driving trips, I take a digital recorder and/or notepad to record anything that comes to mind.<br /><br />Also, Stephen King's "On Writing" is one of the best resources any writer can grab.
